L Spot's Monthly Women's Mixer

Join us for our next monthly mixer on Wednesday, September 17th, from 6-8pm at Shakerz Restaurant and Bar in Palm Springs. It is always a fun and diverse crowd of women! Bring your business cards or flyers for the Biz Table if you want to network, or just come to socialize, say hello to old friends and make some new ones. Shakerz (formerly the Kick Stand and now under new ownership) will be providing happy hour drink prices and light appetizers. It is a great venue with an indoor bar/restaurant and outdoor patio overlooking Palm Canyon Drive. Cost is $10 at the door, with 70% of proceeds going to a local group or charity. Shakerz is located upstairs at 301 N. Palm Canyon, on the corner of Amado Road - street parking is available, or park in the lot behind the complex. Elevators are available.

Our August mixer was really cool - 120 women came and enjoyed a different mixer atmosphere in the Hilton's Plaza Room. A big thank you to the artists who brought their work to show during the mixer - Marian Moiseyav and Kim Chasen from Dezart One Gallery, Lenore Davis, and Debra Mumm - it was a wonderful addition to the evening. Thank you also to the Hilton for hosting. After costs, we raised $820 for the DWE / We Care Free Mobile Mammogram Program.  Check out our L Spot Photo Album for mixer photos.
